Payment Information:
• All orders are shipped to Paypal Verified addresses ONLY at time of check-out.  Check with Paypal to confirm this shipping address before making payment. 
• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once immediate payment has been received. 


Shipping Information: 
• Shipping and recovery fees associated with undeliverable and incomplete addresses are the buyer’s responsibility.
• International Orders – Import duties, taxes, and charge are not included in the item
   price or shipping charges and are the buyer’s responsibility.


Return / Exchange Policies:

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
• Contact us by email with “REFUND” or “EXCHANGE” in the subject and we will issue an RA#.  Simply return the item to us with the original packaging.  A 10% restocking fee will apply to the value of the item being refunded or exchanged.
• Only the value of the original purchase will be refunded not the original shipping charges.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exclusions:  All our returns are professionally inspected.  Abuse, improper installation and physical damaged will not be covered by our warranty policy.
